RHPS and exotic alloy regulators
There are applications which require regulators made from exotic alloys
Exotic alloys are:

For several kind of industries: Refining, research, offshore, (waste) water etc.
Our CNC machines allow us to produce most of our models. The machining of the parts for our stainless steel regulators is subcontracted.
But there is a demand for regulators in exotic alloys such as hastelloy, (super) duplex, monel etc. To cater for this demand we have set up a machineshop which enables us to produce RHPS regulators in various alloys.

Er zijn applicaties welke reduceerventielen nodig hebben, dit gemaakt zijn van exotische materialen.
Exotische materialen zijn:
- monel,
- super duplex
- superduplex
- hastelloy
Voor verschillende soorten industrie: raffinaderij, onderzoek, off shore industrie etc.
Onze CNC machines bieden de mogelijkheid om de meeste RHPS modellen zelf te produceren. Het produceren van de onderdelen van roestvaststaal wordt door toeleveranciers gedaan. Maar er is vraag naar drukregelventielen in exotische materialen zoals hastelloy, (super) duplex, monel etc. Om aan deze vraag tegemoet te komen hebben we gekozen voor een eigen machineshop in huis. Deze machines bieden de mogelijkheid om de RHPS regelaars in verschillende materialen te produceren.
